Personality: Neo is a kind hearted person who likes to see the talent of others. He also has a deep hatred towards terrorism and the misuse of IS. Mainly under breaching of the Alaska Treaty which sets that no IS can be used in the "military". He is a minor pervert but aren't most men nowadays.

Biography/History: Neo was born on 30th of december 2036, he was not anything special actually for a while his life was like a clear cut definition of the word "Ordinary". However this situation was not to last for too long! You see on his 13th birthday, IS was revealed to the world a power suit that could enable the user to accomplish incredible feats such as flight even in zero gravity it grants them increased strength and it even has a protective barrier for the user. Neo looked at the pictures he saw like they were angels descending from heaven to grace the world with their divine presence. However this was not the case, Immediately after it unveiling all over the world small terrorist group participated in random suicide bombing kill thousands of people in total. What shocked Neo the most about this is that his parents were just a few of the people responsible. He was left alone in the world but due to his age he tried his best to finish high school with the funds his parents gave in his inheritance, but eventually he decided he needed to make something out of himself.

With the help of his studies he was able to buy a small amount of shares in an up and coming company known as the "Rosario Group", this company was developing the newest commodity IS so Neo decided to take tests to see if he would be good enough and sure enough he had a decent amount aptitude with IS which is very rare, with most people believing that women are the chosen gender in this expansion of technology. Because of this he became the test pilot of the 2nd generation IS the "Starling". Its success was not only due to it being the first Mass produced IS that utilizes Beam weaponry. Due to this he was given the nickname the "Red lightning" due to this occupation.
Then on the 23rd of January 2056 He was offered a teaching job at the soon to be established IS Academy to teach a generation of IS pilots for the dialogues to come. His second objective was to scout test pilots for the rosario group during his experiences at IS Academy.
